Equestrian and open air storage lot
I have access to 5 acres of land in a high end area that is being readily developed. I'm wanting to hold it for 5-10 years and then sell it.
It is 2 miles from a large equestrian center and people ask to rent the 7 stall barn regularly. I'm thinking that could help cover some costs. A self service type of deal.
Caddy corner to the property there is a storage lot that is full. Average boat or camper storage is 50+ a month. I'm thinking lay gravel, fence with a gate, lighting, and rent. Could cash flow pretty well.
Anyone done something similar?
