Tax assessments are meaningless, and -- as in this case -- are not necessarily representative of the value of the house.If the house is listed publicly and has dropped to $25K, then at most it is worth $25K.

I believe it may be best for you to start off the right way instead of trying to put properties in your LLC which will be on public record hence opening you up to predators.

very easy  simply subscribe to the legal publication in your county all foreclosures must be published. clip them out and make a big scrap book.. that's how we did in in the dark ages.if you know how to use a computer and a spread sheet you can take the salient information and put it in an excel spread sheet..
