Just curious - after your marketing campaign drops and you're talking with prospective single family sellers on the first call, what are your top, must ask questions ?

I feel that I already have a competitive advantage because along with roofs, my company does full exterior work ranging from decks, siding, windows, custom trim work, ect.

I was also warned to be caution and really did get in a bit over my head, but as I look back I do wish I had bought almost everything that was on my prospecting list.
