Hello!

My name is Ian Armour and I am very happy to join the Bigger Pockets community! I live on the East Coast of Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia and am 25 years old. I am the owner of a construction company that specializes in residential and commercial roofing. I am new to real estate investing but I am very interested and passionate about the industry. I feel that I already have a competitive advantage because along with roofs, my company does full exterior work ranging from decks, siding, windows, custom trim work, ect. My company consist of about 5-9 people and we work on +100 homes a year.

My short-term real estate investing goal is to buy a multi-family building and live rent free while gaining cash-flow by the end of 2016.

My 3 year goal is to have flipped 5 houses.

My 5 year goal is to be flipping 5 houses a year.

As I try to fill my head with as much information I can, any advise or suggestions along the way will be greatly appreciated!
