We have a great power team and are adding/working with new people everyday.

Powerful stuff in his 50mil year all while working a full time job.

I am going to do everything in my power to ensure he gets a fair shake.

I am currently rehabbing a property in Spring Lake that I obtained through foreclosure and has proven to me the powerful vehicles REO and wholesale properties can be if you are willing to put in the time to educate yourself, afford the rehab or find creative ways to finance the rehab, and assume some risk.Looking to start mutually beneficial relationships with those who can help me accomplish this.

I'm not seeing any high end finishes in these.That’s what I am seeing in most areas all in including drawings, Enginering, surveys, permits, inspections, tap fees, utilities, site work, temp power and temo toilet, trash and sweep outs, Fiber cement siding like hardy plank, architectural shingles or better, hardwood, ceramic tile, granite countertops, upgraded appliances and cabinets, upgraded light fixtures plumbing fixtures.

When you pay it off, you can use it again and again. ( it should go without our saying, I’ll say it anyway.... pay off the dang card) The power of the line of credit, is having resource available and ready to deploy immediately and repeatedly.

I have read books about rental investment and they ALL talk about financial freedom / early retirement.
