I live in Texas where LLC's are very popular asset protection tools.  

Pretty nice house in a good neighborhood right behind and down the street from the high school also there's a house being built right next door.House is in pretty good condition new roof less then 3 years old and the foundations good.

this technique was a lot more popular about ten years ago , basically you would want a cash back if some of the renovations would not be done.I never did one myself but heard a few people who did, cant tell you if it's legal or not though.that being said, the schl and the bank will evaluate the place and see if it's worth that price.how is the wholesaler getting paid?

So we bought agriculture land around 1990, around 2007 the surrounding lots and land around us have been bought for use for commercial properties, but couldn't buy our house/land for the price they wanted (they actually went to the state regarding this; the state panel said that we had the right to our land, and have the right to sell it at our price, knowing that the developers would convert it to commercial and thus our price was reasonable).The state also actually used eminent domain to pave way for the main street right off a major highway and they took about 1/10 of our property.Ok.

Real estate is also becoming a very popular investment strategy.

The city will also require you to have a certain width along the street for your zone. 

Seems any knuckle head can walk down the street in the Midwest and buy a ghetto house anytime they want.  

one has a street light I must pay as well. 

A street in my city will be rezoned for commercial use and a major commercial builder has let me know their group is interested in the lots on that block.

At the end of the day though I have a family, and I am not exactly going to sell off our current home and put us on the street because I really want to pay back the bank.
