Martins event a few weeks back.  

Due to the pandemic, the hosts have cancelled until further notice so it will be difficult to find an event to attend in the next couple of weeks.

I will not let the events of yesterday, today, or tomorrow change my disposition.

Rents need to be the same in the event of an economic downturn.

This "event" was caused by an unforeseen pandemic and not by the multiple underlying factors that led up the previous meltdown.

Then, realize this is The Event that will shape real estate and business for decades to come!

There likely will be more than a week between the showing and tenant moving in so I will need to look into that further, but wondering if anyone else is changing their showing/renting process in light of current events?

I've always been fascinated with real estate when getting the chance to speak with our owners at company events and want to start working towards my own success, as well as motivate others.

I've been in negotiation on this property for about 2 weeks, and now we're at a point where we have agreed on terms and normally I'd be all for signing the purchase agreement, however I'm concerned over current events. 

This is also our busy season with athletics, events, graduations & weddings on the horizon, and so this could not have come at a worse time for us also.
