Know anyone active in 2006 and made good money thru 2012?
I think we are at the beginning of a real estate crash at least as big as 2006-2012. I'm wondering if I should just sit on the sidelines for a few years as prices collapse and then come back in and scoop up the cheap deals. Does anyone know anyone who was buying real estate in 2006-2008 and was consistently making money until the market turned in 2012?
