@Kyle Titus @Collin Schwartz I'm fairly sure zoning laws govern new builds and are generally not applicable to converting the interior of the structure to multiple units.

We literally went with the first applicants that had their ducks all in a row, as we wanted out of the house as soon as possible. 

The remaining two refuse to fill out an application and show identification.
