Looking for hard money for buy and hold
Can anyone in the Virginia (specifically Hampton Roads) area suggest any hard money lenders for buy and hold? I know they are less numerous as hard money lenders for fix and flip but would appreciate any suggestions or bank/credit union recommendations. I want to get into BRRRR via HML for my first one or a bank/credit union that won't require 20-25% down. Ideal situation would be something like 12% over 18 months with some points. Then the plan would be to do a cash out refinance. All insight and suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance.
