I will have to evict/not renew month to month lease for the tenants so that will give me 60 days to gather materials for my contractor and try to get some sales/discounts on stuff.  

I'm using 0% CCs for all DIY materials and personal expenses too keep cash for roof and contractors (20k).

Make sure you use the right material for an exterior surface and it can be painted.

Collectively it was $900 total, or so with material and labor.

Speak with the counter person about prices of materials, and ballpark for labor rates.
