Hi Ted,I too am from MA.I purchased my solar panels back in Jan 2015.SolarCity is the largest installer in MA. 

Jacksonville is much more of a dynamic city with a large stable employment and population base.

I am in Clermont and a member of several meet up groups as well as a 6  year member of CFRI, the largest REIA and know plenty of people from hard money to contractors to coaches.

I would say the hardest part or largest struggle I see with people starting is finding your targeted audience (absentee, probate,..) and sticking with it long enough to see how it works.

I then wrote out a monthly PnL, Profit and Loss statement to get clarity in order to plot my trajectory and make a more informed decision and begin to improve my financial position.Unsurprisingly, my largest expense each month by far was rent.

I just went two of our largest yearly real estate outlook conferences in Connecticut, I am also on the board for commercial real estate here and this "outlook" talk is always a heated debate.

Memphis is a large stable market: MSA is 1.3 million people.

The smallest is 45 lbs and the largest 82 lbs.
