New to real estate investment (APOPKA, FL)

Hello, my wife and i just moved to the apopka area late last year from california. I was stationed in San Diego with the Navy for 6 years and now am currently a recruiter for the Navy in Orlando, FL. It has been a dream of mine to start up my own business in real estate and see where it takes me. I had a hard time trying to do so in San Diego due to constantly being out to sea and not enough time. Now that I am settled in Florida for the next 4 years, it's a perfect time to start but I dont have the slightest clue on how to.

I'm new to this app. My wife and I bought our first home in apopka using my VA loan from the military. Any advice would be great to start off in the right direction!
