Phillip S. Upstairs tenant overflowed tub, insurance won't pay

Make sure the slot is clear and the drain behind it is open.If all is well with that, then try reducing the water flow rate to the unit by turning down the main water valve so less water comes out of the tub faucet (and all faucets) and the overflow can handle the problem.Then test it to make sure the inflow to the tub equals the outflow by they overflow.Good Luck!

I purchased a property on long island (town of islip )  when I called national grid to turn the gas on they told ne that since it was inactive for over a year I would have to get a pressure test . additionally It looks like I have to get a permit as well.

The tech is in fact tested by companies such as GE and was shelved.The cost of a solar tile roof is as much as slate tile.

For example, I've read a series LLC could be helpful, however, it also seems that this structure has yet to be tested in the courts, and unless we invest in Delaware, the structure may not provide the type of protection we seek, compared to a standard LLC incorporated in the state where our investment(s) would sit.

Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction

Hi Rex, And find out if they are going to make you do a new perk test to certify it for use.If they are make sure to have one done yourself first because they retest because soil conditions can change over the years.Meaning you may have to move the drain field somewhere else (if somewhere else is available), or wait until another season to try to get a Perk test that works.Good Luck!

I think that is why most tenants never can test this charge.
