There is always a tenant who is looking for some work space or a larger space to live in.Thats a great idea, advertising it as a bonus room "large office" or a "work/studio area" might be ideal for your tenant.

Look to find a place that would allow you to live for free while also taking cash flow would seem to be ideal.
