NARROWING SUBMARKET RESEARCH

Hi All,

I am trying to learn more about my particular submarkets. Where can I find the following information about the towns and cities I am researching:

1.Absolute number of jobs per month

2. Largest employers in that town

3. political affiliation makeup

4. gay population

I remember Grant Cardone suggesting to invest in gay and Democrat communities because they are less sensitive to rent increases.

PS ideally I would like to get this information above per zip code

Thank you,

jm
