Run your numbers, trust the math, and trust the comparable for the neighborhood.

By my rough math, you'd need to hold it for almost 7 years as a rental to get that much.

As always do your homework before investing.

The main thing is to really dive deep into the numbers so you know for sure your math works out.

My quick and easy comment without a lot of math(actually no math) is just a casual life observation.
