Freelancer.com or a similar website where you can post what you want done would be good for finding somebody to do this.The best method to get a good person to do this is to create a screen capture video where you record the screens and your voice as you walk through the county website and say which fields of information you need pulled into a spreadsheet/database.Not a simple process, but a big benefit is that I doubt others are doing this and that means little competition for you.

But those are ones that are heavy remodels and value adds.

From reading on BP forums, it sounds like Houston, TX market is very competitive.

Meaning, what sets you apart, or gives you a competitive advantage against all of the other flippers in the market.

Just to the north of you there is Auburn and Worcester which have good levels of investor activity, however most likely have more competition from other wholesalers.

I know San Jose is very competitive and if it's been on there for a while, many developers have probably considered it and moved on.

SW Florida has many, many investors so competition is huge.

But because of that there is a lot of competition there right now.I would suggest paying a lawyer and CPA to determine the best entity for what he will be doing.
