Hi,

I just joined this site and am looking to purchase some rehab properties either in NJ or Naples, FL. My partner an I have extensive experience in Real Estate since 2004 as investors and have rehabbed and resold a handful of units in the past few years for profit.

It has gotten much harder now up here and would like to expand to Naples, FL where we have family.
