We wholesale in Arkansas now but wish to help our son get started in Florida. Can anyone please give us advice on the legal set up and the practicality of doing business around Melbourne?

Sunbiz.org is the correct site, it has links to starting/registering a business.  The other site uses the "copy cat" URL to lure business in.
