This business is all about relationships, so I would like to build some great ones with great people from this community.

Is there anything i can do in the real estate community for someone that can bring in the proper funds to land my first deal.

And you should jump in, the community is pretty great here.

Before consulting with a lawyer, I wanted to pick the brains of this community :-)  I want to do this by the book so I'll have a clear case if/when we end up in court.  

And a 2014 court ruling explicitly deems illegal a landlord’s attempt to impose any extra charges, whether labeled as “application,” “amenities,” or “community” fees.

I have worked with a number of CRE-space competing businesses such as a wine/liquor distributor who have found it more difficult to find commercial space since the MJ community has aggressively snatched up most of the competing space.
