@Jonathan Twombly it is a 3 bed plus bonus room its around 1800 square feet. home was built in 2006 it is in a development with a pool.

Full living room sliding door, and two room windows.- Change low cost stained carpets to wooden laminates (or do you suggest something??)

I never filled a room with attorneys so quickly- a little bit of a joke.

Maybe you can rent out rooms, or maybe buy a duplex and rent the other unit.  

For perspective, Kelowna is about as far away from Vancouver as Grand Rapids is from Detroit.
