@William Brown Any Skip Tracing sites you’d recommend?

It's easy to use and it's just a clean site.

I actually came across this yesterday trying to register a new property per the old requirement and the site for registrations now directs you through a part that asks for inspection info and an upload of an inspection document. 

I really enjoy connecting with others on the site.

With sites like Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway and the like, it's never been easier to keep these units occupied and make great returns if you or the right property management company can manage it optimally. 

But should you get interested in CREI such as multifamily or self-storage, the game rules become much more favorable, since lenders look at the asset and it’s performance, the syndicator’s funding power and partner quality to increase NOI rather than looking at the individual capital investors.

It is refreshing seeing people on this site being so welcoming and inclusive no matter other members levels of expertise. 

The type of units Im looking at are multi-family with at least 5 units.I know theres sites that give area averages but Im looking for more granular than that and ideally with at least 3-5 years data.
