Be careful about posting addresses on here in public. There’s a lot of vultures out here. It’s on market, and not a deal at the price they are asking. I stay completely off market, because that’s where the good deals are found. I don’t waste my time looking on Zillow or the MLS anymore (for deals that is, Iuse the MLS for comps). My investors like to know that the properties I have are genuine and aren’t being looked at by thousands of other people. Fish in a different pond ;)
