The issue Brian is putting forth is that if there is significant intrinsic value in a deal and it can be harvested by an expert operator, then mining this intrinsic value can make an apparently slim deal into a fantastic deal.

I currently invest & advise on a market of speculative investing and it's been fantastic, and will continue in such.

Also wrote some pretty fantastic books..Inflation means that prices for goods and assets go up, profits and wages should follow.
