Question is, how difficult is this going to be for me to enforce any of these since I don't technically own the property??

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.

Most any platform with fast payments will charge either you or the tenant extra each month.

They applied for an additional three months of extra rent and we just received approval for that.

Make sure that you're being extra conservative in your estimates and the money still works.

Extra $$$ for heating (even if your not working on the house you want to keep it about 55 inside).

Make those extra few calls until you find someone who can do it in your timeframe.

However, they have settled in to this property and are having difficulty taking action to get their primary residence ready to move into and getting ready to move out of this property.I have been trying to think of creative ways to make the purchase while allowing them some latitude in allowing them to stay for a time at least.
