I would think at the $60-80,000 mark, there should be enough lenders for a borrower to be able to find a lender if they are qualified.

Unless any of these things were marked by the county to be fixed and re-inspected then I wouldn't worry about it.

The way I see it, if I sell I lose about 10K (between the house probably selling a for a couple grand less than I paid, closing costs, and commission) which means I would have to own the house about 6 years before I reach the 10k mark
