When it is something that isn't steeped in local rules, I comment in far more detail, because I can.

I'd love to hear the details of the property you have in mind, if there is one currently, and see if we may be able to assist you.  

Making us go into the detailed settings just to remove someone doesn't promote camaraderie--as I suspect was the initial motivation for making it harder to remove people than it is to add them; it just makes me more apprehensive when I accept new requests because now I know how convoluted it is to try and remove people--and even then, it doesn't work.

For Malvern, there are fairly detailed maps back to 1955, and ones at a larger scale (Phoenixville) back to 1906.It seems weird that the township would tell a buyer that there's a sinkhole, but then clam up when you ask about it.
