You can bypass the custodian by setting up IRA owned LLC, in which case all investment as made under the LLC and the custodian is playing passive role in this case, but there must be custodian.

I am familiar with spreadsheets, and could have made my own, but I am happy that David saved me the trouble.

I'm not sure why this information was provided or in the criteria, because I spoke with 2 different customer support reps and said I should have the correct information while creating my lists.So I decided to buckle down and create my own lists.  

I Have a self directed IRA and have purchased 2 rental properties that are held in trust through the IRA all profits made from those rentals return to the IRA therefore building our retirement funds.

I am excited to plug in and do anything I can to help others avoid many of the thousands of mistakes I have made in my career (and maybe do some good business along the way).Warm regards,Corey
