With their disasterous withdrawal from buying properties and their write down of $548,000,000 they have a vested interest now in reducing Zestimates to more accurately reflect true pricing to try to convince their very upset investors and the SEC, that it's the market "cooling" not their previous attempt to manipulate the market.

So, if someone files their 2017 taxes in 2020, then realizes he claimed a large loan as income instead of as a loan, then amends the return in 2021 to reflect that it was a loan not income and the IRS sends a letter in late 2021 indicating that the amended return needs to be resubmitted and requires beginning with using the originally submitted numbers instead of changing the numbers to what they should have been, when does the 3 year clock start on auditing?

The leasing of renting of any Dwelling Unit of other occupancy of Dwelling Unit without concurrent occupancy by the Owner of such Dwelling Unit is limited to Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the total Dwelling Units at any given time; So in short, the fine seems to reflect a short-term violation (which they cannot prove and I can disprove with my lease contracts) because they didn't have any fines specifically defined for rental cap lease violations in the rules and regulations.
