I bought a $2 toilet, a $1 towel rack set and a free sink top and faucet for a 1/2 bath I was adding to a rehab I was working on.There was also a guy in the subdivision getting ready to do his kitchen and had one or two of his old cabinets sitting outside.

We have had a couple snags though, our painters and cabinet/counter guy bailed on us.

This home is a simple paint, floors and kitchen cabinets.  

The kitchens have new cabinets, new counter tops, and new appliances.

These two mixed commercial buildings happen to have major automotive repair, recycling, and cabinet/granite businesses surrounding them.  

The place has to make more money when you exit than when you entered.So lets say you found this property in a great part of town, needs a little work, maybe some paint, new carpet, appliances and new cabinets.

The host had their personal belongings in the closets, cabinets were stuffed with mismatched and chipped dishes and pots and pans, spice jars and inside cabinets were filthy, no tin foil, plastic wrap, washer/dryer soap.

in the Boston suburbs, what is the normal cost for a contractor to demo the kitchen cabinets and install new cabinets.
