Nick, a couple points made in thread that should be emphasized1) It's different when you're working to build your own business & you can delegate the parts of residential you don't like if you start here.2) The smaller your earlier deals are with less zeros = less painful when you make the inevitable mistakes3) Free education ala internship really is priceless!
