I think I could get him to go 5k less than what he wants down but I never sent out a seller finance deal before so I'm not sure if how I got it setup is right for the buyer. 1 property is a 3 bed 1 bath with basement... no garage but does have AC and the other property has 2 units: 3 bed 1 bath in front with basement and 1 bed 1 bath in the back.

We gradually moved in this past spring, a few boxes here and there, cleaned out a few things from her mom's house, sold some things here and there, cleaned up our house as we went, then did the big move right after school let out-beds, furniture, bookcases, etc.
