Sounds like a bug for the tech crew to tackle.

When I say "too much drama" I mean the classic "drugs, thugs, and bugs" type of tenants.  

I can't read it all because I'm on the app and they haven't fixed the bug yet that only shows the first part of posts.

What I'm currently doing is going through demographic information - if you're in a college area, 3 bed would be better.

We paid the eviction costs and threw in a pest control treatment of her current residence (she thought she had bedbugs!)

My vision:Find a 4 bed 2 bath 2000 sq that needs some work for 70k.

I think I could get him to go 5k less than what he wants down but I never sent out a seller finance deal before so I'm not sure if how I got it setup is right for the buyer. 1 property is a 3 bed 1 bath with basement... no garage but does have AC and the other property has 2 units: 3 bed 1 bath in front with basement and 1 bed 1 bath in the back.

We gradually moved in this past spring, a few boxes here and there, cleaned out a few things from her mom's house, sold some things here and there, cleaned up our house as we went, then did the big move right after school let out-beds, furniture, bookcases, etc.

Eventually things will get moving.I know it seems like a tedious process, but unless the department changes you'll just have to bug them.Let me know if you have any questions.
