Structural repairs, lead paint abatement, high tenant turnover.....

I have been at it about a month now and have had some leads from bandit signs and some interest in my buyers list but have not put a deal together yet

Do you just want a since page presence (brochure) or do you want to collect leads on sellers, investors, etc?

I have bought leads off list source, paid for the Stamps myself printed the letters out , and still nothing.

Andrea there are a few ways of looking at this... some will tell you the other is a glorified lead source that you are paying 50% profits to.. i view it more as if you dont have other deals going on that make you more then the 50% you are going to make working leads provided then you are in a great spot. if you have a job working for someone else you already trade your time for money... so why not do it when it is something more lucrative.      

Like @Jeff Graves said, Facebook ads would likely also do well, and that gives you a chance to inexpensively test your messaging & audiences.
