I apologize for the long post but I was hoping to get some opinions and advice from some other investors.I am very new to the investment game, I have been saving for years and last year I bit the bullet and purchased two investment properties out of state (I live in OC in CA).

I know I can't do it alone.Thank you for reading, I apologize if it was too long.

I'm not averse to beginning out of state, I just think I would feel more confident in my investment if I were able to be close by knowing that any issues that arise I'd first attempt to resolve myself before hiring someone else.I apologize for not having been super specific in my first post, but any advice and opinions one any of these subjects would be much appreciated.
