You may need to ask around at a lot of different institutions before you get the answer you want.As far as getting the prior appraisal accepted by another institution that is most likely going to be a no.

If it's in a market I have researched prior, absolutely... and there's no way I put an offer in on anything unless it's the market I have researched and want to be in.

I don't want them walking through a property in terrible condition but if I'm down to painting and a few minor projects I feel they can look beyond that.If your potential tenants are coming from another property they may need to give notice prior to vacating.

Overall, though I think most property management companies are not equipped to handle AirBnB.One article I read years ago (prior to AirBnB) was about super-economic motel chains in Asia where each "guest" rented a recliner with a blanket and got a pair of ear plugs and an eye mask.

The only problem I have ever run into with this structure is that when Investor A goes to get a loan on a new property, the lender can't comprehend what is going on with the prior loan and property.
