Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services. there is a ton of paper work involved with getting reimbursed for taking care of children, the elderly, and the uninsured. 

Rent space in a colocation data center and scale the operation there.

I’m a recent graduate who studied civil engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I’m currently a project manager with a GC out of Chicago, specializing in the construction of warehouse / distribution centers.

Im located in the west loop near the United Center right now.

In other words, we bought a large shopping center, split the property into numerous parcels, and are in the process of selling those individuals buildings/parcels.

I purchased a house in the Lacey, WA in 2019 that has seen steady appreciation  recently but we are now seeing distribution centers popping up just miles from our house.

Does anyone have any insight on what large construction of distribution centers (Amazon like hubs) can have on local residential real estate?

Originally, I was looking to do a cashflow-centered approach in the suburbs of SA, but later found that most properties in decent areas do not hit the 1% rule, and property taxes eat into the cash flow.

@Marc Estepa a lot of those banks you are finding such as Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo all operate call centers out here but have no banking operations.

., Barrington Stage, Berkshire Medical Center, both have been de-leaded and are already rented approx 2k+ rent.Updated gas heating systems with on-demand hot water.
