Impact on distribution centers to local property values
I purchased a house in the Lacey, WA in 2019 that has seen steady appreciation recently but we are now seeing distribution centers popping up just miles from our house. The area we are in is still a premium and sought after huge residential area but the DCs have us questioning their implications. Does this likely just mean more jobs to the area or could it be a foreshadow of deterioration??
