One of the bullet points on their letter say this is done so that owners can see the ups and downs on the monthly bills and they can see if there is any indication of underground leaks.I really like FPL (Florida Power & Light) where they let you establishes a landlord account and put properties under it.

Lock that in and you'll at least be able to prevent gouging on 75 to 80% of the work.Thinks like installing doors, faucet fixtures, lights, cabinets, countertops, tile, laminate, vanities, sheet of drywall, etc.

One thing is make sure your lights work, each light switch has a cover, any kind of porch, steps and hand rails are solid, there is hot water, grass is cut, sufficient garbage bins..I got violation for all of those..
