Quick update on my current situation for those that don't know I relocated from western MA to a small city in Dutchess county York and moved my girlfriend/son into our nice new apartment and things are finally smoothing out I even got a new job close to home running a front end loader moving cars around.

I would love to hear more especially in regard to how things really got rolling early on for you and your husband, how you source properties and networked to do so and when you started instituting these systems into place.

Personally I think the market in MA and RI is overpriced and ripe for a correction.   

If you're getting an institutional loan you will definitely need to provide the lender with a title policy insuring their lein on the property. 

I am inquiring for Massachusetts, I am guessing this likely be tied to a location.
