I have observed that condo and townhouse buyers only evaluate a building when buying and then ignore the potential headaches they can have with the HOA fees.

Doubt that the lender would ever know or evaluate the equity of your primary home.

I would evaluate the deals based on those criteria and go hard after the ones that have the best numbers based on what you're looking for.Long story short...I wouldn't be too worried about an "overwhelming" response based on how many pieces you're sending out and there's not really enough detail to help with evaluating/prioritizing the leads once they come in.Hope that was at least a little bit helpful.
