What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

i was curious as to if anyone is using launch control, and how their pricing works. so from what i can tell it seems the texts are included in the price of the plan, is this correct or is there a per sms message cost as well?

:) Do you charge your guests a fee to heat the pool (I have been seeing this more and more lately) or maybe build in the extra costs associated with heating it into your nightly rental costs?
