New Investor looking for advice and connections

Jaron Edwards
Posted

Hey All,

I'm a newer investor in the Phoenix area and I recently passed 1 year since purchasing my first duplex and house hacking it. From owning this property, I have learned so much and overall it has been a great experience! I am hoping to purchase either a triplex or quadplex for my next property and was hoping to connect with anyone who may have experience with investing in small multi-family properties in or around phoenix. I would also appreciate any tips/must-knows when looking to purchase triplex/quadplex properties in the phoenix area.

Thanks!
