[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hello all,
Newbie investor here asking for some assistance analyzing this new construction quadplex. If you look at the report, this deal has such a low CoC return due to a high amount of expenses. My question is the following: Why would anyone invest in this deal at all? Is this purely a market appreciation deal that you're meant to hold onto 10+ yrs for it to make sense on paper?
