Hello all, As a newer landlord looking into self-managing my current singular property, I have come to a crossroads with regards to receiving applications to process.

My biggest problem is ongoing currently: neighbors in the municipality are being rude to my guests.  

From my experience, security deposit reconciliation is one of the easiest ways for landlords and property managers to end up on the wrong side of a lawsuit.

My question is options for a $500,000 loan paid back over 7 years.
