If I can control my curiosity, I won't be seriously looking at properties out there again until just before we visit in early April.That being said, when I WAS actively looking, I was looking at properties in areas that had rent comps upward of $750/mo for BRRRR opportunities and the usual hot up and coming areas for potential flips.
