Note question re: arrears

Sorry for the obvious ignorance, but I'm interested in note investing and have only done a little self-education. Do the notes listed for sale on exchange sites like FCI include arrears in the upb? I realize those are "retail" sites but that is all I have to go by to get used to the math involved.

    I don't think all the notes on FCI are NPN.. ... I have not checked lately.. but novice and NPN usually has a pretty steep learning curve.. be careful.. I have looked at some notes on that site and you can tell there are some pretty sophisticated sellers selling to some really unsophisticated buyers.
