I don't know if organization skills are genetic.

Multi-family is awesome as a "business" and has to be run as a business so it's a diferent "skill-set".

With no success because the banks are unwilling to come down on there price.   

Training can be fairly minimal as long as the call center has agents with good English and phone skills - and your manual is solid.

However, once each one of those REI steps out of the vehicle, all they have is their personality, knowledge and skill.

It doesnt matter if you are a fix and flip investor of a work for equity sort of buyer, there is money to be made, often in big chunks, if you have repair skills. 

On the other hand, an accountholder capable of remodeling a kitchen or bathroom or replacing an entire roof, such as a contractor or skilled tradesperson looking to flip properties, would be adding value to the property and risk IRS action.

(That's your marketing skills at work, most likely :)There is a LOT of personal philosophy being shared...and a good amount of personal experience...and the diversity among it reminds me how AWESOME Real Estate is.
