Any suggestions if I can get around this legislation or attack it?

My end goal is to become and active and reputable Real Estate Investor.Areas of Interest: Dallas/Arlington/Fort Worth-Wholesale/Agency (I understand there may be conflicts of interest if not handled properly)-Flip/Rehab-Buy & HoldDoes anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @Greg Cobb, I would not suggest jumping into a commercial property as you first investment. 

I am trying to learn more to see if its simple enough do it myself verses going though an attorney.Do you or anyone have any more hints or suggestions on where to find ground leases for sale? 

It is good discussion point as....There are lot of different study in market...Following studies suggest LV and Dallas are great investment market...10 U.S.

I would suggest selling and putting the equity to better use elsewhere.

I would suggest this.

Set a goal to reach a number by a certain date and follow the suggestions they provide.The cash thing is less of a problem.

I would suggest going to the free meet ups with investors who actually care about teaching others and working together, not about selling a program.

I am a little unclear what the hard moneylender is suggesting.
