I see apartments all around me being rented on AirBnB for ~$300-$400 per night, and I now question being in a place with such a strict policy around no sublets, making it all the more apparent that my money is going out the door each month. So here are my general goals:Own properties that can earn revenue (rental, AirBnB).Buy land in Baja Mexico to build a home for vacation, rental, retirement.Learn more about flipping properties and houses to see if it is something I'd ever be interested in doing. Before making any decisions, I want to become more educated since I don't really know much about real estate, or what I can do in my situation.
